**Travel Alert! 🚗🔥** If you’re hitting the road on the M4 this Friday, be prepared for some delays. A vehicle fire has caused chaos from junction 25 (Caerleon Road) to junction 24 (Coldra) eastbound, with two lanes currently closed. Expect heavy traffic in both directions, especially as families set off for the summer holidays amidst the warm weather. 🏖️
Traffic Wales is urging everyone to “pass with care” as they manage the situation. Although lane three remains open, congestion is still quite severe. Avoid the area if possible or prepare for a slow journey. Stay tuned for more updates as they come in!
Wherever you’re headed, travel safe and have a great holiday start! 🌞
