🚨 Isle of Man TT 2026 Update 🚨
The thrilling, yet dangerous Isle of Man TT 2026 has hit a rough patch. Just a week after the heartbreaking loss of rider Daniel Ingham, three more competitors found themselves in hospital after separate crashes.
🏍️ Racing Drama:
Erno Kostamo, Jamie Cringle, and Michael Evans each took a tumble during different races. Although thankfully conscious and stable, they’re receiving treatments for various injuries.
Who’s who:
– Erno Kostamo had a nasty spill during the Milwaukee Senior TT, halting the race.
– Jamie Cringle had a crash at Union Mills in the Supersport TT Race 2 and was taken for treatment.
– Michael Evans fell at Braddan Oak during the Sportbike TT Race 1 but is in stable condition.
🚫 Race Adjustments:
The officials had to reshuffle the schedule due to the disruptions. The Milwaukee Senior TT has been postponed, while the RL360 Superstock TT Race 2 was cancelled owing to a bleak weather forecast. Sunday’s predictions of heavy rain and low clouds didn’t help the situation.
Recent incidents have brought attention to safety once again. Just days earlier, a rider’s crash at Parliament Square left eight spectators needing medical attention.
