Jones, on licence from a previous sentence, was found by police at Carmarthen railway station. Officers were initially on the hunt over unrelated allegations but ended up uncovering bags filled with “brown powdered rocks” – later identified as heroin, along with Pregabalin tablets and a whopping £5,500 in cash!

Further searches at addresses linked to Jones revealed cannabis, scales, and incriminating messages on an iPhone about his drug dealing activities.

Despite pleading guilty to being involved in the supply of cocaine and Pregabalin, Jones maintained, “There will be no more drugs for me,” as he was sentenced to four and a half years in prison at Swansea Crown Court.

With a dodgy past featuring 36 convictions for various drug offences, Jones found himself back in court and back behind bars. His legal defence claimed mounting debts and a challenging heroin problem pushed him back into the drug world.

Stay tuned for the latest updates and let this serve as a stark reminder: crimes don’t go unnoticed!
