🏉 Welsh rugby fans have plenty to be excited about! Backrower Olly Cracknell feels Wales is on the up, saying the team has “turned a corner” under Steve Tandy. Despite early Six Nations setbacks, recent performances against Scotland and Ireland show promise. Cracknell’s confident that a win against Italy is in sight, noting key improvements in the team’s physicality and game strategy.
Over in England, Bath Rugby is securing the future with new contracts for promising Welsh trio Ioan Emanuel, Ieuan Davies, and Thompson Cowan. Part of the senior academy, these three have already made waves in youth championships, with each bringing talent and grit to the team.
In other news, Scotland’s Rory Darge is gearing up for a nail-biting ‘Super Saturday’. With a shot at the Six Nations title, Scotland needs a win against Ireland—and a bit of luck from the England-France match. Darge is confident, saying that past triumphs have prepared them for this momentous challenge.
