🚨 **Bizarre & Shocking Incident in Merthyr Tydfil!** 🚨
A woman in Merthyr Tydfil had a terrifying encounter when her ex, Alex Thomas, allegedly launched a vicious attack on her own doorstep. Fresh out of prison, Thomas reportedly shattered her kitchen window and threatened to murder her.
The court heard that their past relationship had been rocky, and the woman had clearly moved on, ignoring Thomas’s attempts to rekindle things. But things took a darker turn when they crossed paths at a local bar, and later, when he showed up at her home.
In the middle of the night, Thomas punched through her window, making threats, and moments later, pushed his way inside, grabbing her by the throat. Luckily, the woman managed to fight him off and alert the authorities.
Thomas, who has a history of violent offences, pleaded guilty to making threats, criminal damage, and strangulation. His actions have landed him 27 months behind bars. The court stressed that his irrational jealousy and infatuation were clear indicators of why his victim wanted nothing to do with him.
This disturbing case is a stark reminder of the need for vigilance and the importance of seeking help when caught in domestic violence situations. **Stay informed** and share this story to raise awareness!
