🚨 **Incident Alert in Wrexham!** 🚨
A serious situation unfolded on the A483 yesterday, causing major disruption. At around 4.30pm, emergency services rushed to the scene amid concerns for a woman’s safety near the B&Q roundabout in Wrexham. The road was temporarily closed as authorities worked to resolve the incident.
A 25-year-old woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries. In light of the circumstances, North Wales Police has reported the incident to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) for further review.
The road was reopened by 6.30pm, but travellers were advised to seek alternative routes earlier in the day as police confirmed, “Roads surrounding the location are closed at the moment, so please avoid the area. Thanks for your patience.”
