🏉 Big news for Welsh rugby fans! Louie Hennessey, the promising centre, is out of the Nations Championship this summer due to shoulder surgery. 😢

The 22-year-old star picked up an injury during Bath’s Champions Cup semi-final against Bordeaux and now needs time to recover. While it’s a tough break for him after an impressive debut in the Six Nations, our squad still boasts a strong line-up of midfield talent.

Coach Steve Tandy has plenty of options to choose from, including uncapped Harlequins player Bryn Bradley, alongside seasoned regulars like Ben Thomas, Joe Hawkins, Eddie James, Max Llewellyn, and Joe Roberts. Mason Grady is also in the mix, capable of filling the centre position.
In other updates, tighthead prop Keiron Assiratti is facing his own injury issues, but the squad is prepared with Ospreys prop Rhys Henry already in training.
Here’s wishing Louie a speedy recovery! We can’t wait to see him back on the pitch doing what he does best. 🏆 Keep your eyes peeled for more exciting rugby updates and support our boys this summer! 🎉
