🏉 Exciting times for Wales Rugby as they prepare for an action-packed summer! 🌟 First up, an uncapped match against the legendary Barbarians on 27th June. With 15 players unavailable due to commitments outside the Test window, it’s time for some fresh faces to shine! 😎
🔄 In comes a dynamic squad featuring a mix of seasoned players and new talent ready to make their mark. Look out for Tom Rogers, who may get a chance at full-back, and Blair Murray, who’s eager to reclaim his spot. Could this be a transformational summer for the team?
⚡️ The midfield might see the favourite pairing of Joe Hawkins and Eddie James, but keep an eye out for Joe Roberts, who’s set to bring his recent Scarlets form to the international stage. Plus, half-back decisions hinge on Sam Costelow’s injury recovery.
💪 Up front, new caps Rhys Barratt and Ben Warren are likely to get a taste of international action. Will they shake things up alongside familiar faces from Cardiff and Ospreys?
🤔 Will Steve Tandy opt for safety, or will we see a bit of experimentation before Wales faces Fiji, Argentina, and South Africa in July? The match against the Barbarians is the perfect warm-up and a great chance for fans to see what the future holds for Welsh rugby. 🌍
