🚫🍾 No Cheers Before the Match! 🍻🚫
Hey Cardiff! If you’re heading to Asda Leckwith for a pre-match tipple before tonight’s big game, we’ve got some news. The supermarket has wrapped up its booze aisle in plastic today! 🛒🥲
With Wales taking on Bosnia-Herzegovina at Cardiff City Stadium, alcohol sales are paused from 1pm to 8pm. That’s right, those shelves are off-limits until after kick-off!
Why, you ask? Well, it’s down to licensing laws because of tonight’s footie action. Wales is on the verge of possibly securing back-to-back World Cup spots, and everyone’s buzzing with excitement. Kick-off is at 7.45pm with live coverage on BBC One Wales and S4C.
So, if you were planning to stock up on your favourite beverage, better plan ahead! 🍻🏟️
Enjoy the game, cheer on Wales, and let’s hope for a win! 🏆⚽️🏴
