🏇 Excitement is building for the Scottish Grand National 2026 at Ayr this Saturday! The final list of runners is out, and after some late withdrawals, 18 horses are set to compete in this thrilling event.
Unfortunately, Willie Mullins’ hopes of adding this title to his accolades have been dashed. His sole entry, Road To Home, has been pulled due to the changed conditions on the track. He’ll have to sit this one out, despite last week’s triumph in the English Grand National.
But don’t worry, the race promises plenty of action! The favourite, King Of Answers, trained by the dynamic duo Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore, is looking strong. Also watch out for Kim Roque by Joseph O’Brien and Quebecois, fresh from a strong finish at Cheltenham.
JP McManus is eyeing another win with Montregard after tasting victory with I Am Maximus. The excitement is palpable—will Montregard bring the glory home?
