💪 Academy Adventures:
Cardiff’s academy boss Darren Purse believes in these young talents as they tackle Under-21 challenges. He’s challenged them to aim high and literally ‘grab those shirts’ from the senior players. It’s all about drive and seizing opportunities that come their way!
🤔 Changing Dynamics:
With some tough decisions on whether to bring in older players or push these budding stars, Purse emphasises the importance of character, coaching receptiveness, and the hunger to succeed as pivotal factors for progress.

“I’m excited about their development,” says Purse, highlighting Tankiewicz’s mentality and Donczew’s flair. These lads are being nurtured into future game-changers with the hope they break into the senior squad sooner rather than later.
