🌟 Rising Star Alert! 🌟
Meet Tom Howe, the young hooker making waves in the Welsh rugby scene. Fresh off a tough decision, Tom chose to represent Wales U20s against Scotland, skipping his school’s cup final. 🎓🏉 While his Ysgol Glantaf teammates celebrated a narrow victory at the Principality Stadium, Tom prepared to wear the coveted Wales jersey, a testament to his dedication and talent.
Richard Whiffin, U20s head coach, called up this promising Cardiff academy star, and all eyes will be on him this Friday in Merthyr Tydfil. Known for his powerful gameplay and explosive skills, Tom is one to watch. His director at Glantaf, Llywarch ap Myrddin, praises him as an “outstanding” future Wales international. High praise for the schoolboy who’s already turning heads!
There’s been chatter about the responsibility placed on Tom’s shoulders, with some suggesting decisions like these shouldn’t fall on such young talents. But Tom’s passion for the game is undeniable, backed wholeheartedly by his teammates and coaches. 🏟️
With a mix of returnees and fresh faces, the Wales U20s squad is looking strong. Richard Whiffin’s blend of experience and new energy is setting the stage for an exciting fixture. Fingers crossed Tom and the squad make us all proud! 🙌❤️
