A gang member who bragged about his antics is left with just £1 after making a whopping £95,000 from illicit activities! Tyrese Jones, 23, had a hefty run with the law, dealing Class A drugs and exploiting vulnerable youngsters in Cardiff through his notorious “CC line” operation. This cheeky crew even had the audacity to print the name of their drug line on a birthday cake—a bold move that didn’t exactly pay off!

Caught red-handed with kilos of heroin during a police raid, Jones and his mates were busy packaging the stash for distribution. Their crimes didn’t end there; they also dragged kids into their operations as street dealers and couriers—absolutely shocking!
Earlier this year, Jones admitted to conspiracy to supply both heroin and cocaine, in addition to two counts of human trafficking, resulting in an eight-year, nine-month jail sentence. During a recent proceeds of crime hearing, it was revealed that despite raking in over £95k, only a singular pound was available to seize, leaving many rolling their eyes at the criminal antics and outcomes.

Jones isn’t the only one under the spotlight. His co-conspirators, facing similar charges, have their own court dates lined up soon. Cameron Farrah, Chakeel Mark Anthony Lovell, and Joshua Dunbar have all been similarly charged involving drugs and exploitation, adding more chapters to this eye-opening saga.

Speaking out, DI Tim Jones made it clear: exploiting vulnerable children in such ways is appalling, committing to crack down on these nefarious activities. South Wales Police is determined to protect those at risk and tackle such organised crime with no reprieve.
As the story unfolds, the community remains watchful, reinforcing that exploitation and crime find no welcome here. What are your thoughts on this jaw-dropping story? Let us know below! 📉🚓 #Cardiff #CrimeNews #CommunitySafety
