After a swift response from emergency services, it’s been confirmed by South Wales Fire and Rescue that this blaze was deliberately set. Due to the fire, the A472 experienced closures in both directions, creating a bit of chaos on the roads between Tredomen Park and Lewis Street. However, all has now returned to normal with traffic flowing smoothly again after reopening at 8:43pm.
