Witness, Saifur Rahaman, described the fire’s rapid spread from the parked vehicle, which was uncomfortably close to homes. “It was concerning to see how quickly the flames developed,” he shared. Fortunately, emergency services responded swiftly. South Wales Police arrived first, closely followed by the fire crew, who managed to control and extinguish the blaze.
Thankfully, no one was injured during this dramatic afternoon event. The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed their team worked efficiently, ensuring the scene was safe by 5.30pm.
