A 50-year-old convicted paedophile from Porth, Marc Fox, continues to shock the courts despite numerous attempts to curb his behaviour. Previously jailed for sexually assaulting a young girl and possessing indecent images, Fox’s disturbing obsession shows no signs of stopping.
Already subjected to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order since 2006, Fox still managed to breach it. A recent police visit revealed he had hidden devices to access the internet secretly and an extensive collection of indecent images, some depicting the gravest category of child abuse.
A chilling court account revealed the horrific nature of these images, including one showing a distressed two-year-old child. Also found were grotesque stories of child abuse, with one revoltingly set in a mortuary! 😢
Judge Paul Hobson emphatically stated, “Despite all regimes in place, your obsession continues,” affirming the grim reality that prior judicial encounters fail to deter Fox’s actions. His shocking history makes him a high risk for future offences.
As a result, Fox has been sentenced to three years behind bars, followed by an extended five-year licence period. He will also remain under indefinite sex offender notification requirements.
