🌟 Meet Betty Bromage – the fearless 97-year-old wingwalking wonder! 🌟

Betty is unstoppable! At 97, she’s getting ready for her sixth wing walk this August, keeping her crown as the world’s oldest female wingwalker. This Gloucestershire gran only started this adrenaline-fueled adventure at 87, proving it’s never too late to chase thrills. 💪✈️

Her journey from feeling lost after moving into assisted living to finding a daring passion is truly inspiring. With no chores to worry about, Betty decided the skies were calling her name, inspired by a cheeky Crunchie bar advert from the 90s. 🍫

Her adventures include celebrating her 90th birthday up in the air, zipping across Snowdonia, and abseiling down a towering building. All at an age when most prefer a quiet cuppa! ☕️
Overcoming a past spinal injury that left her paralysed for months, Betty has embraced every challenge with grit and determination. Even a recent stroke hasn’t clipped her wings. She’s back, and this time raising funds for the “marvellous” stroke unit that helped her recover. 🏥
Betty’s exciting journey isn’t just about the adrenaline rush. It’s about showing that age is just a number, and life is for living to the fullest. With the support of her family and the community cheering her on, Betty is the embodiment of living life without limits. 🎉
Stay tuned for her next sky-high adventure on August 4th. We can’t wait to see her soar again! 🚀
Join us in cheering her on and celebrating this amazing woman’s fearless journey! 💖
