🎉 Not All Celebrations Go as Planned! 🎉
What was meant to be a relaxing spa weekend at Coldra Court Hotel, part of The Celtic Collection, turned into an adventure for Sabrina Leah and her partner. 🤦♀️ From a closed pool and no Wi-Fi to a bathroom flood, their trip was anything but tranquil!
Sabrina, a mum-of-four, was hoping to unwind and celebrate her birthday in style, but instead found leftover food outside her room and a blocked shower that led to a flood. 😳 To top it all off, police even turned up due to a disturbance, adding a bizarre twist to their stay.
Sabrina’s TikTok video documenting these unexpected events has gone viral, reaching nearly 500k views! Many chimed in with their own tales from the hotel, echoing her sentiment, while others reported a pleasant experience.
The hotel has since apologised, issued a refund, and extended an offer for another night at a different location. They’re committed to improving their services and ensuring future guests have the luxury experience they expect.
