🚨 Transfer Alert! 🚨
Swansea City are on high alert as Liverpool’s James McConnell could be making a move this January! 👀 The young midfielder, currently on loan at Ajax, is struggling for game time and might be heading back to Anfield soon. With just seven appearances and a cameo against Galatasaray in the Champions League, it’s clear Amsterdam hasn’t panned out as hoped.
While Swansea showed interest in McConnell last summer, it’s uncertain if they’ll make a bid this time, given their recent midfield acquisitions. Names like Marko Stamenic, Ethan Galbraith, Melker Widell and Malick Yalcouye have already bolstered their central options.
However, the club hints there’s room for new faces if the right deal pops up. Expect a quieter January window but never say never! 🤞
West Brom, Derby, and Oxford United are also keeping tabs on McConnell’s situation. Where do you think he’ll land next? Let us know your thoughts in the comments! 👇⚽
