🚨 Serious Incident Update from Bargoed 🚨
A woman and two boys are in critical condition after a distressing incident in Gilfach, Rhymney Valley. Early on Sunday morning, emergency services rushed to the scene following concerns for the safety of three individuals.
Two air ambulances touched down as part of the response near Margaret Street. The individuals, a 36-year-old woman and two boys, aged 9 and 16, were quickly taken to hospital where they remain in serious condition.
Gwent Police, alongside the Welsh Ambulance Service and South Wales Fire and Rescue, were on site for over three hours to handle the situation. Details are still emerging as enquiries continue.
