🚨 A470 Traffic Alert! 🚨
Heads up if you’re on the A470 near Pontypridd today! All northbound lanes are on lockdown due to an ongoing police incident. South Wales Police have closed the road between Treforest and Abercynon, and it’s expected to stay shut for a while. The advice? Avoid the area if you can and take alternative routes to dodge those major delays.
Traffic cams show stationary vehicles with some drivers even stepping out for a breather. If you’re stuck there, hang in tight, and please remember to give the responders room to work safely.
Stay safe, and let’s hope things clear up soon. Keep following for updates and spread the word to anyone who might be heading that way. 🙏 #A470 #TrafficUpdate #Pontypridd #TravelSafe
