Heads up, Bridgend locals! 🚧 Waun Bant Road in Kenfig Hill is gearing up for a temporary closure this month for some essential works. Expect to see activity involving pole installations and tree cutting, meaning no through traffic along a 1400m stretch from its junction with Llwyn Helig.
Mark your calendars: the works are set between 18th and 22nd May, from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, and will be tackled in three sections: Llwyn Helig to Stormy Farm, Stormy Farm to East West Cottage, and finally to the M4 overbridge.
Got a vehicle? Don’t worry, there’s a detour mapped out via Commercial Street, High Street, Cefn Road, Rogers Lane, Tranch, and back to Waun Bant Road to keep you moving. 🚗💨
