🚨 Paddleboard Adventure Turns Into a Close Call! 🚨

A paddleboarder found herself in a nail-biting situation after getting swept onto the rocks at North Stack, Anglesey, just as night began to close in. 🌊🪨

Caught by a strong current, she kept her cool, managed to stay afloat, and eventually reached shore. But as darkness crept in and the situation felt hopeless, she made the crucial 999 call to the Coastguard for help.
Holyhead RNLI sprang into action, reaching her within minutes of being contacted. 🎯 The lifeboat crew found her safe but relieved on the rocks with her paddleboard. They swiftly got her aboard and back to safety, even offering her some handy advice on flotation devices for future adventures. 🛟
Huge kudos to the RNLI team for yet another successful rescue and to the paddleboarder for staying calm and doing all the right things! Remember, even on calm days, always wear a buoyancy aid and carry a way to call for help. 🚤💪
Stay safe out there, water lovers! 🌊✨
