Aston Villa Lead the Race to Sign Harry Wilson: Mo Salah’s Perfect Replacement?
Big news on the transfer front! Aston Villa are the hot favourites to sign Wales star Harry Wilson this summer. With his Fulham contract set to expire, several clubs are eyeing up the talented attacker. Wilson delivered an impressive performance last season with 10 goals and 7 assists, making him a standout player during the winter months.
Despite Fulham’s efforts to keep him, Wilson seems set for a departure. Villa’s manager, Unai Emery, is keen to bring him on board but faces competition from Everton, Tottenham, and his former club Liverpool. Former Reds player Gary McAllister has even dubbed Wilson as the ideal replacement for the outgoing Mo Salah.
Wilson, who’s shone on both the Premier League and international stages, is currently in Romania gearing up for Wales’ friendly match. Wherever he ends up, Harry’s next move is sure to be one to watch!
What do you think? Is Villa the right fit for Wilson, or should he make a dramatic return to Anfield? Let us know your thoughts in the comments! 🤔⚽
