🤦‍♂️ Hutton’s journey into dealing started when his benefits were stopped. But that ‘means to an end’ resulted in a 3-year prison sentence. When police nabbed him, he was carrying almost £9,000 in cash! Meanwhile, Walsh, the 37-year-old dealer from the capital Cardiff, landed a 32-month sentence. His pad was a stash of dodgy goodies, from piles of cash to bags of white powder.

🚨 On the day of the bust, officers descended on Walsh’s flat only to watch him and Hutton make a run for it. While Walsh was caught outside, Hutton tried to slip away. Spoiler alert: he didn’t get far!

Inside, officers found a kitchen knife, cash laid out like a sales desk, and scales dusted with powder. Walsh claimed to have had a rough upbringing, bouncing between 14 schools and battling with cannabis since his youth. He took up barbering in jail, hoping it might snip his bad habits.

Hutton, despite past troubles, has finally started seeing the light. If you ask him now, he’d tell you those white lines brought nothing but darkness. Hopefully, time behind bars will help both these men turn their lives around.

Here’s to cleaner streets in Aberystwyth and a grim lesson on the true cost of ‘easy cash’! 🌟
