But change is in the air! 🌬️ Cardiff Council has greenlit plans to transform the site into 70 shiny new flats, thanks to Draycott Group. Expect a whole new look for this end of City Road, with 67 one-bedroom and three two-bedroom flats rising up to seven storeys. This development could also potentially provide affordable housing, offering a fresh start for the community.

This new project follows the recent addition of the City Heights student accommodation block right next door. The face of northern City Road is certainly changing, promising a more modern and inviting skyline for Cardiff.
